CHAD DARNELL CASTING seeks men and women ages 18 and older to play extras in the upcoming feature CHRISTINE, filming in Savannah, GA.  Production will begin filming mid-April and wrap at the end of May.

Feature Film: Christine

Yes But Film Corp. is currently in pre-production on the independent feature film, “Christine.” It's a story about a young, ambitious TV news reporter struggling to maintain her integrity as a journalist while also trying to get ahead. The production will be filming in the Savannah area this April and May.

Rose Locke Casting will hold an extras open call for the upcoming UNTITLED DENIRO/ EFRON PROJECT on Sunday, March 22nd at The Savannah Civic Center from 10:00 AM till 3:00 PM. 

Seeking attractive background talent ages 18-35 to play beachgoers for a college spring break scene filming at the end of April on Tybee Island.  Must be comfortable in a bathing suit, getting wet and being in the sun on the beach for multiple days. 

Please come IN A BATHING SUIT (with cover-ups that you can quickly change out of, such as sweats).  Please bring a recent snapshot (with name, phone and email clearly labeled on the back) to be considered and a pen to fill out forms. 

The Savannah Civic Center is located at 301 W. Oglethorpe Ave, Savannah, GA  31401.  At the corner of Liberty and Montgomery in the historic district.  Please proceed to the 2nd Floor Mezzanine.

New SGTV show to highlight works by and about Savannahians

The City of Savannah’s Savannah Government Television is launching a new regular show that showcases works by and about the people, places, history and happenings that reflect the diverse mosaic that is modern Savannah. Called Engage, the show is a partnership between the City and the greater Savannah community. 

SGTV is seeking insightful and well-crafted profiles, documentaries, animations, original music videos, histories or other original works by or about the citizens of Savannah to run on Engage. They are also interested in collaborating with filmmakers, artists, musicians and others in producing original content for the program. While the City does not offer compensation for such programs, SGTV does offer an opportunity to expose local works to a wide audience. More than 55,000 households in Chatham County have access to SGTV.
