Feature Film: SIREN

Digital Bytes, LLC and Blue Falcon Productions LLC are accepting resumes for all crew positions on a low budget horror film currently slated to prep and shoot in Savannah, GA between July 24th and Aug 31st.

There are both paid and unpaid (accredited intern) positions available as well as opportunities for local talent and background. Crew members needed in Camera, Grip & Electric, Art Dept., Production, Assistant Directing, PAs, Transportation, Wardrobe, Craft Service, Medic, Stills and many more.

Savannah local Actors, Stunts and Background Talent may also submit.

Project Announcement: Amazon series ā€œZā€

Episode 1 of “Z” (working title), a scripted Amazon series now accepting resumes for all crew. Period show takes place in 1918 Montgomery, Alabama and is based on the life of Zelda Fitzgerald, shooting on location in Savannah. Intent is to shoot three more episodes in Savannah before moving to New York for the roaring 20’s portion of the show. Principal photography on or about August 5th. Extras Casting: THE DO OVER

Rose Locke Casting is currently accepting submissions for extras for the upcoming Adam Sandler/ David Spade feature film, THE DO OVER, which will begin filming in Savannah in early July.

New SGTV show to highlight works by and about Savannahians

The City of Savannah’s Savannah Government Television is launching a new regular show that showcases works by and about the people, places, history and happenings that reflect the diverse mosaic that is modern Savannah. Called Engage, the show is a partnership between the City and the greater Savannah community. 

SGTV is seeking insightful and well-crafted profiles, documentaries, animations, original music videos, histories or other original works by or about the citizens of Savannah to run on Engage. They are also interested in collaborating with filmmakers, artists, musicians and others in producing original content for the program. While the City does not offer compensation for such programs, SGTV does offer an opportunity to expose local works to a wide audience. More than 55,000 households in Chatham County have access to SGTV. 

To submit a proposal, visit www.savannahga.gov/engagesgtv and fill out the form. The City reserves the right to reject any programming that does not meet its content requirements.
